Soufriere Saturday Market St. Lucia
If you want to buy fish at the Soufriere Saturday morning market you must arrive early before the fish is finished. We purchased two 3-4 pound fresh tuna and prepared them on our new grill for New Year's Eve Feast, yum, yum, yum. Bruce helped make the fire but Leo and Marcy cooked the small steaks to perfection.............life's good on my ship.
